The Hallmark Inn provides a deluxe breakfast buffet every morning to start your day on the right track in the dining room. There are a variety of delicious items to choose from; cook to order omelets, self serve waffles, fresh seasonal fruit, Seattle’s Best Coffee, Tazo teas, an assortment of other great breakfast items.  Served from:

Managers Evening Reception

After a long day come join us in the Courtyard Lounge for our Managers Reception. Reception includes California wines, domestic and microbrewed beers, cocktails, soft drinks and snacks.

Business Center

The business center is located in the lobby next to the Front Desk. Computer, printer, copier and internet access are available for our guests’ convenience. Faxes may be sent and received through the Front Desk. Additional charges apply to any international faxes. The business center is complimentary and available 24 hours a day. 

Check In & Check Out

Check in time : Anytime after 3:00PM on your date of arrival
Check out time: Anytime prior to Noon [Late Check-outs will be honored if the hotel occupancy permits and may incur an additional fee. Please contact the Front Desk for more information.]

Exercise Room

The Exercise Room is complimentary and available 24 hours. Conveniently located on the first floor just off of the courtyard.  During renovation, a daily use pass to a local facility (Peak Performance) is available at no extra charge.  Please inquire with the front desk.

Should your room require maintenance please contact the front desk for assistance.

Newspapers

Complimentary Davis Enterprises are available in the lobby. The Enterprise is a local paper published Sunday, and Tuesday through Friday. The Sacramento Bee is available for purchase at the front desk.

 

 

 Pet Policy

We have a couple of rooms that will accommodate you and your special friend. Arrangements must be made at reservation time as the rooms are limited. There is a weight limitation of 25lbs and a $75 non refundable fee will be incurred upon check in. For additional details please call hotel directly.  

Courtyard Pool

The pool is available from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm daily with special  towels available through the front desk. A $10 deposit will be applied to your room until the towel has been turned back in. Children under 13 years of age must be supervised while in the pool. For Health and Safety requirements footwear is required in all public areas. 

Safe Deposit Boxes

We offer complimentary safe deposit boxes for your personal belongings, located at the front desk.

Voice Mail

All of our guest rooms are equipped with voice mail. If the phone light is blinking a message has been left for you. In order to access the voice-mail you must press the voice mail button or 7#. Once you are in the voice mail system please follow the prompts to retrieve your messages. The password is the same numbers of your guest room.

Wake-up Calls

We offer several wake-up options which include setting an alarm clock, or contacting the front desk clerk to arrange for one. Guests may also set up their own wake-up calls by dialing 676 and following the prompts.

Wireless Internet Access

Complimentary WIFI is available in all guest rooms and common areas. It may take a few minutes to power up depending on your computer speed. There is no password however the "hallmarkinn" domain should appear on your screen. If there are any questions on how to connect please feel free to contact the front desk.

Dry Cleaning Services

Same day Laundry and Dry Cleaning is available Monday through Friday using the valet slips and bags located in the closet. Please complete slip and bring your laundry to the Front Desk no later that 8:30 AM each morning for same day service. Your clean clothing will be delivered to your room no later than 6:00 PM each evening. Laundry received after 8:30am can not be processed as same day and will be returned on the following business day. Specialty items may incur additional charges and all fees will be applied to you guest room account.

Guest Convenience

Toiletries, pain medication, bottled sodas/waters, and assortment of candies or gum are available to purchase 24 Hours a day through the Front Desk.  We also offer 8oz sizes of our BeeKind amenities; shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and lotion for $10 per bottle. The charges may be applied to your room account or paid by cash.

Housekeeping Service

Housekeeping service is provided daily in your room from 9am to 3pm. Should you require service at a particular time please notify the front desk. Every effort will be made to accommodate your request. In our effort to be more eco friendly by conserving water and energy we encourage the reuse of bed linens and towels. We will change linens if soiled, found on the floor or upon request. For any assistance or special needs please contact the Front desk.
