What an exciting and challenging year we have enjoyed. It is amazing to think there are less than two weeks left in 2010 and with the New Year peaking over the horizon we are seeking out new and innovative ways to share our offerings. Throughout the year the team was honored for their incredible efforts at making the Hallmark Inn, Davis the hotel of choice for visitors, sports teams, Mondavi performers and family. Our complimentary bicycle program was honored with two awards from the City of Davis and Davis Bicycles!. In April we were elated to be selected as the Best Hotel through the Davis Enterprise Readers Choice Award. In June I was honored as one of the first women to receive Rotarian of the Year from our Davis Noon Rotary Club. A few weeks ago I joined hoteliers from across the state for the Ca Hotel & Lodging Association Stars of Industry event in La Jolla to accept on behalf of the team a recognition for our Community Service efforts this past year. We are passionate about the project we have begun for the upcoming year that will make the Yolo County Court Appointed Special Advocates, CASA, the beneficiary of our efforts.
