I am amazed at how quickly the first month of the New Year has come and gone. I can already tell that 2010 is the year of wonderous new exciting adventures. With the completion of the physical renovations behind us the focus of the Hallmark Inn team will be how we can enhance our guests satisfaction. We have already attended specialized training, upgraded our beverage options in the Courtyard lounge, continued expansion on our eco-friendly programs and increased our involvement in community service projects. All with the objective to provide the best level of service for you. Isn't it exciting that our distinguished town is now the home of the US Bicycling Hall of Fame Museum? As the friendliest bicycling town in the nation we have gained the opportunity to participate once again in the Amgen Tour of California, as the Stage 2 start. Additionally this year we will be hosting a benefit racing event called "Breakaway Ride" Cancer Initiative which enables bicycle enthusiasts the chance to experience the route from Davis to Santa Rosa. This is all happening within the first half of the year......hope to see you along the way.
Sincerely-
Marisa Schaffer

Wow what an incredible year 2009 has been. We started the year renovating the East Wing and things took off from there. Here are a few of the more memorable highlights-
And here we are in December with what I can only say is the proverbial icing on the cake...December 1st I was recognized as Outstanding General Manager of the Year for similar sized properties in California by the CA Hotel & Lodging Association. Just imagine what the Hallmark Inn Team is planning for you in the upcoming year...
